birthday surprise

I made this card using technique junkies  technique called embossed glass
you take designer paper  use clear embossing ink on your cuttlebug folder and emboss, then you put embossing powder on it
I used a pearl clear on this one since I did not want a high gloss. the stamp is from Loralie designs. the ribbon is from  paper temptress
Thanks

red white and blue

This card is for a birthday of a boy and I wanted to use  wharol tutorial from technique junkies from 2005.
I cannot decide if it is the background or the image that did not work for this card..
but I am going to use the card anyway.. the stamps are from  stampablilities and of course the paper is from PaterTemptress

black and white class

This is a card  I did that i had 2 different inspirations, one is a stamp and scrap magaize a while back that
had an  cover story on black and white cards the other was a card I recieved for Christmas a few years ago that was made with
this layout.  To do this you need a 12x12 piece of card stock for the base.  And a score it or some other scoring device.   The saying is from Penny black, the front panel is a  cuttlebug border design a the middle panel is inkadinkado and the back panel is an unknown stamp.
take a 12 in pice of card  stock and score it at 4 1/4 inches, next score is at 2/1/2 inches  and the next one is at 2/1/2 inches  then the last 2 scores are at 1/12 inches .
Thanks
