Today I am sharing a card...which I did not using any digital images just stamping... something I had no done before the Dies  the words are from elizabeth Krafts and  the other die is a set from  paper artist.   This card is for someone who is going thru some medical problems..

today I pulled out a stamp... what a shock I know... but I need a card for a man... and I wanted it to be an ocean scene.  My dies are all from spellbinder... I colored the image with copic markers... the background I made using a technique junkies technique called double buggin...  This is the background paper.

 

Then I added some foil stickers for the border.

Today, I am sharing a card that I made at the request of a person from Church... seems we have had a rash of Member of the ward getting diagnosed with cancer.  this is for  one of the ladies in the ward.
The sentiment is from DRS Stamps... and  the dies are from Spellbinders... the flower is from Petaloo.

Welcome Little one

Today on Outlawz, paper ala mode our challenge is something new,  I choose to celebrate a new baby for a person I know...   The Sponsor is A Day for Daisy   And the image I used is called Baby's Smile.  I colored the image with copic markers and but it out with a spellbinders die... the other die I used is from poppy stamps...   I would like to say I did the folds but I cannot tell a lie... or I am not going to ... I bought the hot off the press card blanks... and I would do it again... just not good at these folds, my paper cutter has a rotary blade and does not work well on the fancy cuts..

Jesus is the reason for the season

Today I wanted to share a card made for Christmas using Besties image img485.  as soon as I saw this image I bought it... love it.. it shows the true meaning of Christmas.
The Dies are from Spellbinders and the words are from Elizabeth Crafts.  This die is a large one and there is not room for much else.. I  added some snowflake stickers and added some stickles and the little bit of bling just works... thanks for stopping by Merry Christmas

today On Digi Stamp 4 joy... we have a new release.. and I am happy to be able to show you an image called Old Hollywood Glamor,, this is just released so I do not have a link.. the dies are from Spellbinders... and the  background was done with an embossing folder which I highlighted the raised portions with distress ink... then added rhinestone borders...

Blue and green

today on Outlawz, our challenge is to us the colors light Green, blue and white.. And our sponsor is Scrapbook Stamp Society the home of the bestie.
I am using one of the new images, Heart Frame Bestie.. I picked a Spellbinders square die to use with the card... it sort of matched the hearts on the image.. and background is an embossing folder that I highlighted the color in white.. love the look of this on the blue...

Today... the card I choose to do is a get well card...   Just because it is Christmas time ... does not meant people do not get sick... I chose and image from Digi stamp 4 joy called South pole notice.
The image was colored with copic markers and then fussy cut... and mounted to some designer.

a Christmas Greeting

Today I made a fun card using a Besties image I fell in love with the first time I saw her... isn't she cute..  she is image img392.  Got to love her...
I colored her with copic markers... and choose to do this in purple and reds...
the dies are from Spellbinders and  poppy stamps, and Sizzix... the words are from Sizzix...
then I added some frantage .. from Stampendous for the snow...  and some glitter glue... and some bling.. because this card just yelled bling to me... and some metal snow flakes.

a Besties Snowman

Today on Scrapbook Stamp Society the Challenge is anything that goes... Christmas... And Besties  has some really great Christmas images.. And anyone who has followed me for a while knows... I love my snowmen.. life Happens

Just needed to share ... I am on a bit of a card making leave... I took a fall... and injured my knee

What Cancer Cannot Do

Today is my first post for my new design team... Digi Stamps 4 Joy... I love these images and I hope you do to.
Today I made a card for the anything that goes Challenge using an image called Lighthouse.
The sentiment is from Drs stamps..   I colored the image with copic markers... and cut it out... then used a die behind it... and also used parts of the same die cut to go around the saying ... then added the Believe... die cut...
There is a story behind me choosing to do this card... I have been asked to create.. 4 cards for members of my Church who have cancer.. This is rather a hard assignment... This is the first one.. doing cards for men is so much harder... as if this subject is not hard enough..

Today for Squigglefly the  challenge is to us a frame...  The image is called Hello There..  by Fawn Palmer.  I colored the image with Copic markers ... The frame die is from Paper arts... ..
to do this ... I took the square frame die and cut out the orange paper with it... then I used the frame die again and cut out the square on the yellow... then  the center piece was cut out to fit in the yellow frame...
The flower was done the same way...

Today on Scrapbook stamp Society... the challenge is to use orange on your card... this card just gave me lots of challenges.. never was totally happy with it... and did not want to start over...you know that story... so I just kept fussing with it...
The image is called img 403.. I colored her with copic markers... then layered her on orange paper then I sprayed the paper underneath with prima sprays ... added a bow... and some enamels by stampendous.. the dies are from Cheery Lynn,  and spellbinders...

For a Child

Today on Outlawz the challenge for Paper Ala Mode is for a child.... our sponsor is Scrapbook stamp Society   My image is called Fancy Pants little Skipper.. I did something a little different on this card I used a new product called Wink of Stellia to color the image.. I wish is showed up better.. but here is a close up.

I colored the image with wink of Stellia first .. then I went over it with copic markers to add shading.. it worked... .. dies I used on this card are from Memory box, Poppy Stamps and Spellbinders.. Then I also used outline stickers for the flowers...
