Today I am sharing a card made with an image from Digi stamps 4 joy... I think I am falling in love with the images from this company.... I colored it with copic markers and  stamped a sentiment.
then just used some fun dies from Spellbinders, Cheery Lynn Design, And Scrapbook stamp society...

Soccer Boy...

Today the challenge on Squigglefly is to use Dots...   The image I choose is from a Set by James Horvath called Soccer Boy... you get 3 different images in the set... perfect for those hard to do guy card..
Now you are asking why two cards..... I was asked to make a couple of cards for twin boys who are turning 3... and to make it sports related... well when I saw this set... that was it....

This set is so new it has not been released yet but look for it Oct. 4th at Squigglefly.
So there is something to share about the artist James Horvath... he has a book coming out.. how cool is that.  And if you look on Squigglefly's blog there is a chance to win it... cool..

Now my cards were colored with copic markers... I added some alpa stickers and stickers of Soccer balls...

some dies from Spellbinders and some Washie Tape...  I like to keep it simple for cards for kids...

A pixie bubble bath...

Today on Scrapbook stamp Society ... the challenge is to use your favorite colors... my are pink and purple.  And of course ...I am using a Bestie image from Sherri Baldy...
the image is img 377.  I Colored the image with copic markers... and use this Fun new Elizabeth Crafts pop up die... for the Happy Birthday.  These are awesome... they are made for your easel cards... think I will need them all... but when do I not need all of the dies...
the other dies I used are from Spellbinders.. the oval and the die under it... Memory box... think I just love this one... the corner swirl die.... and the Cheery Lynn the die in the lower corners...

Music and flowers

Just a sharing a fun card with Trying out some fun dies and distressing...
the image is from Digi Stamps for joy....   I colored this with copic markers and distressed the edges with distress inks... the dies are from Spellbinder  Memory box and obsession Confession, and Tattered lace... the back ground was stamped and distressed... and I used a Spellbinders embossing folder for the  background also and tore the edges and inked it too...

Today on outlawz are challenge is to  use a sentiment...  My image is from Bugaboo...
I used some some fall designer paper and added some glitter to my frosting on the cupcakes...  the
die cut is from Spellbinders...

The earth Fairy

Today on Squigglefly.. the  challenge is to  use embossing ... and or Bling... I went with embossing.. there is some bling on the flowers as in glass glitter...  my image is called   Ace of cups by Niina Niskanen.  I decided... the image was a fairy... and played this as the earth... so how you want to color it is open to what you want her to be... my dies  are from Cheery Lynn designs... and the embossing folder is from Spellbinders...

I kept this card simple... yes I can sometimes manage that... the corner dies are new one... and I do not remember which company... and the border dies is from Memory box... .. the top and bottom have washie tape...

The Jazz Singer

Today on Outlawz...Paper Ala Mode.. the challenge is Inspired by a Movie... that is always such a hard one for me... the image is by Rick St Dennis... and   since one of my loves is Jazz... I picked the Jazz Singer.. the Dies are from Spellbinder and Tattered lace.. the embossing folder is from Spellbinders.. I know it does not show up in the  photo...but the blue is all done with a glitter pen... and the paper it is on also has glitter in it... to give it the shinny show biz look...

Any way ... this is a very fun image from Bugaboo... that just sounded like a male in my life... so I picked it to make my card... I used some paper from a card kit... I was given years and years ago...

A taste of fall

Today on Scrapbook Stamp it is an anything goes challenge.. and I was  feeling in the fall mood today.. out tempiture in Las Vegas  are starting to fall under 100  degrees. to fall is on its way.
the image is one of the awesome Fancy Pants Besties  images by Sherri  Baldy.  It is called  all Dressed up   I colored it with copic markers and cut her out with spellbinders dies.. Then added some Stampendous enamel to the white part.. and some distress inks.  The others dies are by cheery lynn designs...  then I added some flowers from wild orchid... and my saying is by Penny Black..

Today is my day to post for Scrapbook Stamp Society,  I just love this image... she is just darling.. she is digi...      Another one of the awesome Besties by Sherri Baldy   this one is called Fairy Kitty IMG359,  I colored her with copic markers Then cut her out using Spellbinders dies..  Then I used Tim Holtz distress ink around her to make her pop off the page.  The other dies are all from Cheery Lynn designs.. they make the best corner dies... just love them ... the flowers are the new apple blossoms from Wild Orchid..

You are never Too Old

Today At Squigglefly, the challenge is to use a star... My stars are from a die set by Spellbinders.
my image is Old Maid Ballerina by Sandra Caldwell.  I colored her with copic markers and cuter her out with Spellbinder dies..  then I added some Stampendous enamels around her.  .  The sentiments I made up and printed out on my computer...
