The Greatest Gift
For all the Father's , a Happy early Father's Day... This card was made as a favor to a Missionary at our church who stopped by to see if I had any Father's Day cards that he could have. But I did not have any so I told him I would make one.
To me cards for me should not be over done.. most men I know do not want a lot of fuss on their cards.
The images are from Squigglefly. The first image is called Buddies , and the saying is The Greatest Gift. I colored the image with copic markers and usined my spellbinders dies.. Then I added som designer paper and a little Wassie tape... and some white enamel.

vintage canvas
todays project is a little different.. I decied to do a 4 X 4 canvas and to do vintage.. Vintage is a streach for me.. I so prefer moderen.. bu we all need to try different things.. the image is from Squigglefly and is called Vintage women. The canvas you can pick up in little 4 packs at Michael's I colored the image with copic markers . Than did an old method of tearing aroung the image and aging it with distress inks and a dark brown copic pen. I colored a white doily using direct to paper with different colors of distress ink. the canvas was painted with acrylic paint in an ivory then I added some fun embellishments that I picked up at Michaels.. So make your vintage card and join us at outlaws for Vintage this week on Paper ala mode.
thanks
