Fairy birthday to you

This card is a card I made for my Daughter's birthday.  She love faires and a little bit of bling.
The stamp is from Sweet Pea stamps.
I colored the image with copic markers. used Nestablites to cut out and layer and an sizzix's embossing folder for the background.
I emblessing with flowers and gems.

The stamps I think are from I Brake for stamps, I colored with Copic pens.  The embossing folder is from cuttlebug and then I used a
nestiblites  that I ran my pen around the edges.

The image is from I Brake for Stamps. I stamped the image in White embossing ink.

and used white embossing powder on it.  Then I used a stiple brush and stippled with gray around the outside of the stamp.

This Technique is from the Lates Technique Junkies news letter.. The other technique on this was 

cuttlebug highlights.  The Paper is from Paper Temptress.

and the frame is one of the new cuttlebug folders that also cuts.

This card was done using the new Tecnique Junke's Fancy folds CD. The background is designer paper and the rest of the paper is from
Paper Temptress.
the stamp is from My Favorite Things stamp company.
I colored the image with copic markers and on the bubbles I used white fun flocking, with gives the card fun techure.
I also used nestablities.
this is a fun techniqe to do and I know I am going to try it again

Fisher of Men

I was asked by a lady at church to make a card for her son who is serving a mission.  She told me her

son enjoyed the outdoor.  Since he is now fishing for converts, I hope that he will enjoy a card about fishing.

I did this by  using two pieces of glossy card stock. I inked the glossy card stock  with multi colors of distress ink using a brayer. 

then I stamped each piece of my stamp.  Using an oval nestabilites I cut out one of the images, then I mounted it on black glossy card stock.

then I lined it up on the other image so that images match.  Then I layered it on golden rod paper, black glossy and gold glossy.

birthday chick

This is two different cards I made using the same image.  The Chick is from Stampablities.  I love these little chick stamps.  They are so fun and easy to color and make great cards.

The card above I used paper from Paper Temptress, and ribbon from Michael's.  Nestabilites from spellbinders, and paper flowers.

I high lighted the embossing folder a technique I learned from technique junkies.

On this card I used paper flowers, and nestibablites.  a embossing folder and of course paper from paper temptress
The dark blue is actuly the outside of an nestablities which I rased to look like a frame..

Oh please be mine

This card was made for my husband, for Vallentines day.. The stamp is a dollar stamp from Michaels.  When I saw this one
I just knew it would be a fun one.. I used a couple of Technique junkies techniques on this card.. one is Depth of field and the other is layer up

all I can say you have to love Penny Blacks hedgehog stamps... they are just fun to play with I used the level up technique from Technique junkies and paper  from Paper Temptress on this one.. Except for the designer paper, which was a left over scrape from last year.. you know we all keep these..

I also used the nestablilites and some other fun embellishments.

a very special day

My Son had his first date yesterday.. and he asked me to make her a Valentines Day card.
I made him pick out the images then I went to work.  The stamps are from Inky antics, and an unknown company.
The Paper is from Paper Temptress.. and it is just gorgous.
When I bought it, I had not planned on using it together.. I pulled it out of the package and knew they were ment for each other.
The nestiabilites I used are ovals.. and scalloped. The cuttlebug folder is one of there older folders..  The technique I useed is called level up from the Technique Junkies news letter.

have a fun day

I was doing a boy birthday card today... And decided to try the Technique Junkies new technique .. color blocking
you use die ink pads and use direct to paper.. this back ground has 3 different colors on it.
The stamps are from hero arts and I Brake for Stamps.
The paper of course is from  Paper Temptress.
and the soccer balls are ribbon that I bought at Wallmart.
