Wind Wishes

Today on Digi Stamps for joy... I am sharing one of the new image  called fairy Wishes .. just love this little fairy... I colored her with copic marker then used distress ink to great a sort of a magical looking background... then I added tonic nuvo drops to the imge to look like the part that are following from the flowers... Then I layered this on black then on a designer paper...

today on outlawz... is everyones favorite challenge anything goes..
I am using an image from our sponsor..Diana Garrison  my image is called  Butterfly Beauties,, I colored the image with copic markers ... then  I colored parts of it 3 times...  this was to add demention to the card.  I took and added foam under the image to pop them up... then I added some tonic crystal drops and some glitter... 
the dies are from Frantic stamper and Sizzix.
I also cut the background die multiple times and took the pieces and placed them back in with a different color... yes this did take me a while...

today I am sharing a card I did for a coloring challenge on Kit And Clowder... I colored my image with copic markers... the image is from East Wind... and it was a special one for Kit and Clowder.
the dies are from Spellbinders and Tattered lace.. the sentiment is computer generated..
the paper is mostly Kanban.

Besties of Faith

Today on Besties,  the image is little girl saying a prayer... the challenge is Mothers Day or anything goes... I choose anything goes...
I colored my image with copic markers... and used Tonic dies on the Card..... I also used Tonic drops... the flowers are from Petaloo... I was trying for black and white but messed up with the wassi tape... but I still like the look

mixed media fairy

today on Paper ala mode on outlawz,, we are doing mixed media... I have been exploring this... some for a while now... our sponsor is A Day for Daisies and my image is Wild Pixie.  I started my  journey on this card by taking a piece of mixed media card stock... and coating it with white Gesso  ... after it dried I used a adhesive stencil from Bo  Bunny on the card... and painted it with purple glitter paint and green glitter paint... and when this dried... I added some Brusho water paint crystals... and sprayed with water... not sure if it was the water of what but when I pulled the stencil off it  tore the paper in places... now being it was mixed media...I decided that I would keep going... I discovered with the kind of gesso I used that the distress ink did not seem to stay on my paper very well... or maybe I should have heat set it... since this is a learning curve... will need to research that further...   then I decided to try some bo bunny glitter paste... I really like the looks of it... then I added some tonic mouse..  not sure how well this is going to last in the desert.. seems to be drying out... might need to try adding some water ...  the next thing I tried was some ken oliver metallic drops... that is the red... splash in the middle... like the look of that will need to play some more with this... then I decided to add some Tonic crystal glitter drops... .. I like the grouping I did with these... and the flowers are from petaloo... Thanks for stopping by

Today I am sharing an image I made with  a  brand new image by Sharri Baldy... I colored the image with Copic markers... and fussy cut her out...  I used digital paper called ice cream prints...
this image reminds me of an ice cream parlor... The dies are from Cheerly lynns designs.  I also used a sentiment from Tonic lace...  and the glitter drops from Tonic ..

today I am sharing a card I made with a Sandra Caldwell image.  I colored the image with copic markers... the dies I used on this card are from Tonic lace... called sew simple... it also came with the die that says Cherish the moments... .. I also used Wassie tape... and tonic glitter drops..
one of the things I did was take a pen.. was join the stitching with the pen to looks like it has string...

Hollyhock display

Today I am sharing a card I made using a  brand new image from Digi stamps 4 joy
called Hollyhocks.. I colored the image with copic markers... the dies are all from Tattered lace.
to make this card... I printed the hollyhock image 4 times...
I left the bottom image whole for the bottom.. then I cut the rest of the image apart...layering with foam pads underneath   to add demention.
the dies are called melded dies from tattered lace... I took some foil paper and layered it over the top of the butterfly section... the paper is from hunckydory... the borders is wassie tape

with a heart

Today on Outlawz, Paper ala mode the challenge is to use am image with a heart.. just to show hearts are for anytime... my image is called  Buglove Angel  I colored her with copic markers... and use spellbinders die to cut her out... then used some hunkydory mirror card behind her... the other die is from simply defined... I tried something new   and filled the die in with tonic glitter drops...   what makes the tonic ones different is that they will stay diminutional   un like stickles that goes flat... .. they are just brand new to the market... and I love them...

today I am sharing a card I made for your scrapbooking place.. the image is from
Moonflower digital stamps... minako the Oriental Maiden.  I colored the image with copic markers...
the paper is mostly from Hunkydory... the  dies are from Spellbinders  except for the flower in the corner... cannot remember who that is from... too many different dies anymore... going to need to start taking notes as I make card... the upper embellishment is something I picked up in china town  in LA a long time ago...felt like it was perfect for this card...

With Sympathy

today at Digi Stamps 4 joy ... the challenge is to use butterflies on your card... I picked an image called Butterfly oval.. I colored it with copic markers... and cut it out... then mounted it on cream yellow paper... which was cut with a die from Tattered lace... which I layered on a piece of black that was cut with a die from tattered lace.. then I layered another tattered lace die underneath...  in light purple and last added a layer of dark purple...  the with  sympathy ... I cannot remember who that is from

It's a girl

Today on Scrapbook stamp Society the challenge is to use flowers...   my image is called
hugable Besties bear img 539.  I colored the image with copic markers... the paper is digital paper  off of Etsy... but  it does not have the name in the file...   I cut our my bestie... and then  used tattered lace heart die ...  the Baby die and safety  pin is from Joy dies.   the flower is from a die and CD from tattered lace...  and the sentiment from Tattered lace...

today I am sharing a couple of the new releases from Digi Stamps 4 joy    the little girl is am image by Jen   I colored it with copic markers then fussy cut her out... then I added her to the border image by Margie... the border image I printed it twice... so I could pop up the flowers..   for the dots I added some tonic glitter drops... love these they sparkle so... I trimmed and inked the paper.... then I layered it on a piece of purple designer paper and some pink designer paper...  and I also did a belly band under the top layer... the flowers are from Prima...

The image I am using is called, butterfly kisses...  I colored the image with copic markers and  cut her out... I used some dies by Simply refined..     I love this die set...it has so many possibilities... I used the butterflies from a different sent and the sentiments  from another set so they all work together ... so much fun... thanks for stopping by

3 d tile card

today I am sharing a card I made for  your scrapbook place... This was made with an old technique from Technique junkies   I do not remember the name... and this is the first time I tried it with digital stamps... the images I pick are Love Puffin , Fluffy Hamster, Little Hen, dove friend and Cowdog.  These are all  free images from  Miss Rach stamps  ...the  card it done by
randomly placing the images on the your  word doc... you need to not make them to big.. because...  you want this all to fit on a card...   after I printed it out... I used a ruler and a black pen.. to draw lines I used about an inch  between each line... going vertically and horizontal.  when you get to an image you stop and pick up the line on the other side of the image...  then I colored the images... the next step is to color the squares... you just want it so you do not have the same color next to each other...
 this makes it look like your images are popping off the page...    the hearts were made with a stencil and the new tim holtz crayons... the black dots are  tonic crystal drops... thanks for stopping by
