This card was made for the Hang Ten Challenge on the Squigglefly blog. The image is called Dancing Debbie, I have to admit, I could not resist this image because of the name. The artist is Cheryl Alger. I colored the image with copic markers and tried the dotting technique, for Shading.. not sure that I did it correctly but it looked kind of fun with with image. The background is from an embossing folder. Which I highlighted with black ink. This is a technique from Technique Junkies and the other Technique I used from Technique Junkies of called out of the die. where you have a part of the image sticking out of the die. I choose the foot.
The Lets Party is from Fiskers.
Thanks for stopping by.

Birthdays are Natures
I needed a bunch of quick cards for the Ladies at church. I took a solid stamp.. inked it with silver embossing ink then used silver embossing powder. I cut the image out with a nestiblities scalloped circle and mounted on the fancy labels die. I just added some ribbon and a strip of silver paper.. it looks black here. and mounted on designer paper..
The corners are stickers.
thanks

columbine
The Columbine is one of my favorite summer flowers. Too bad they do not grow in Las Vegas. The Image is from Squigglefly.
This is a fun image to work with I tried to think about out to color this like the real ones but the colors are so pale on most that I settled for a pink and purple combination. I colored this with copic markers. The Die cuts are from Cherry lynne Designs.. this are lovely and so delicate. I ordered the minis.
if you love this image columbine visit Squigglefly
