Merry Christmas Pointsettia

today I am sharing a card I made using  an image from Robyn's Fetish .. the image is called Prissy Poinsettia.. I colored the image with copic markers... and then added glitter to the image... the dies are from Spellbinders... and Courture creations... the Merry Christmas had a swirl around it... I cut it off because it was too big for the die... but then I took the swirls and added them as embellishments to the card.  The paper is from Hunky dory ... and then I added some glitter tape on the bottom ... and some enamel dots... thanks for stopping by 

Dreams

Today I am sharing a card... I made for the progressive challenge at Digi Stamps 4 joy... The image is Patchwork country.  I colored the image with copic markers ...the dies I used are from Tonic  and Memory box... I Also gave a try at using the die as a stencil... but my paste was on the dry side... thanks the the las Vegas... lack of humidity.. will have to try and add some water... to see if it will refresh it...   the flowers are prima... and it is an easel card... thanks for stopping by

Fall Fairy The Mask

Today  I am sharing a card I made with an image by Sherri Baldy, called The Mask... this is not one of her usual  images... and I just love it....
I colored it with copic markers ...  I blended the wings with some teal, some orange and some light red... and it does not show up here ... but I also went over it with a glitter pen... so the wings sparkle... The dies are from Tonic studios, Tattered lace, and Couture creations.
I also used tonic glitter drops and Tonic nuvo drops...
The paper is teal mirri card... love the look of mirri card...

Challenge entered Dies R us 

Today on  the new release Sunday..., we are releasing some on Jens retired images... This image is called Misteri's ornaments .  I colored the image with copic markers...  and created a frame using square Tonic dies... the  star ornaments are colored with glitter markers... and so are the ornaments.  than highlighted with glossy accents... The snowflake die is from Cheery lynn designs the corner die is from couture creations  and the packages are from Tonic lace...

Fall colors

Today on Paper ala mode the challenge is fall colors and one of our sponsors is Digi stamps 4 Joy..

the image I am using is called  Protea

I colored my image with copic markers and cut it out... then layered it on a circle cut out with a tonic die... the humming birds are some new layering stamps and dies from scrapbooking made simple... the corner die is from memory box... and the sentiments are ones I don't recall who makes them.

and it the glitter showed up ... there is glitter on the center of the flower...

Missed cards

Today I am sharing a couple of cards that I missed posting on my blog... just got a little on the busy side... took some time off from work ...because my hands hurt... and stayed away from the computer... so my hands could heal up a bit... they no longer hurt with every key stroke...
start back to work on Monday... will have to hope that the time off gave them time to heal...

This card was for last weeks Bestie challenge where it was to make a tag... but my die I used on this made it look more like a banner then a tag... might just add it to a card... like a pocket instead..
the image is Img103...  I colored the image with  copic markers... and added some nuvo drops glitter pink to the image and some  ranger enamel drops... the dies are from a company i do not remember...
   
my next card another one that did not get posted is  from Digi Stamps 4 joy .

The image is  called Heart of Roses   I colored this with copic markers... the dies I used on this are from  Tonic Studios , Couture creations and Scrapbooking made simple...

Box bag for Christmas

today on Outlawz, our challenge is anything but a card... so I watch this crafting show called Create and Craft and one of the designers named Angelia makes an item called a box bag... this is my version of it... I was never able to get the measurements of the paper and the score lines...
our sponsor is Digi Stamp Boutique. and my image is cute Penguin set . I colored it withy copic markers and just sort of cut it out using my scissors the square die behind is from Spellbinders and the one behind that is a new one that I do not remember ... the snowflake is a Tattered lace one...  the Sentiment .. came with the digi set...  
My Bag was done by taking 2 pieces of 8 1/2 by 11 pieces of card stock and scoring it at about 2 inches all around on both pieces of paper... and then  cutting on each corner to remove one of the squares... then you tape or glue... I glued mine..   I folded the top scored edge down to form a decorated edge inside the bag... I also punched a couple holes and added ribbon...

Vintage lady

Today I am sharing a card I made using an image from Rick St Dennis... the image is  called 1935 hat.  I colored the image with copic markers and cut her out... I mounted her on designer card stock that I distressed a little with some told paint... and also added some stenciling to the background... I used some dies from the Couture collections out of Australia... I used the waste parts from the die to form the design on  the side and cut a doily in fourths for the corners... ... and of course some nuvo drops were added ... make sure you add your card to the challenge...http://yourscrapbookplace.blogspot.com

Summer fun

This week the challenge on the Scrapbook stamp society challenge is Summer... I used a printable image 16-2  I used a precolored image on this card... and inked in the area around the image with distress ink... I used a die from Spellbinders to cut it out.... and also stamps and dies from  Scrapbooking made simple for the corners... the waves on the bottom... was done with the curly cloud die from memory box....
